How to order

BY TELEPHONE ORDER:

Call us at 24670 24004 and you will receive the products.

The purchase is completed only when the amount is transferred to our account.

BY TRANSFER OF AMOUNT TO A BANK ACCOUNT:

After depositing the money in the bank account, send us a copy of the bank order to info@furhome.gr with your full name on the deposit receipt. Once the process is complete we send you your order.

An interbank transfer usually takes 1 to 2 working days; a transfer between accounts of the same bank is usually instant.

BY CREDIT CARD:

Complete your payment in the live environment of your bank via the Credit card / debit card option.

WITH CRYPTOCURRENCIES:

You can pay for your order with the cryptocurrency of your choice via the Bitcoin option and other cryptocurrencies at checkout.

via Paypal:

You can pay for your order in the secure environment of Paypal.

How To Order

Online:

The preferred method to order is using our online shop. If however you cannot find exactly what you want, or have a specific enquiry, there are more methods you may find useful.

Direct call orders

Call us (+30 24670 24004) to place your orders and arrange payment and how you want to receive the goods.

  • cash on delivery (available only in Greece),
  • payment in advance in our bank accounts in ALPHA BANK or EUROBANK.
  • For special orders 20% prepayment is required in our bank accounts and the other 80% can be paid cash on delivery or deposit in a bank.

Purchase

When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.

Credit Card payment:

Furhome.gr handles secure phone call payments in collaboration with EUROBANK.

Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer.

Payment by Bank wire :

If you don't like to use a credit card you may transfer the money direct to our bank account.

You have to pay the complete amount in 5 days or you order will be discarded. Always state your order number when paying. We will send the products as soon as your payment is received.

Shipping

Shipping costs:

Greece: No shipping cost if your order value is more than 300.00 €, VAT included.
If your order value is less than 300.00 € delivery cost is 12.00 €

European Community:

Rest of world: For the rest of the world please contact our offices.

Delivery time:

Normal delivery-time is 1-5 working-days within the EU and 2-10 working-days to other parts of the world.

Warranty

You have warranty on all products bought from us. The warranty is applicable for 1 year from the date you receive your products.

If the customer refers to the warranty and it is judged that the damage depends on bad handling by the customer the customer will pay the costs of any repair. Our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of the damage. The customer pays all shipping costs in case of warranty repairs.

10 days purchase on approval / Satisfied customer warranty

As a Fur Home shopper you have 10 days purchase on approval. You may return any of the products you bought from us within 10 days and get your money back. The products have to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package them the same way as it was when you received them. Read more on return below. The customer pays for the shipping costs in both directions. 10 days purchase on approval only applies to shipments within the EU. The 10 days purchase on approval does not apply to companies.

The right to exchange goods if you are not satisfied

You have the right to change the products you bought if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact our customer service department and they will help you with your change. The products have to be in the same condition as when you bought it and they should have not been used. The customer is responsible for both costs of shipping; that is onward and return shipping. The right to exchange goods if not satisfied applies only to deliveries made within the EU.

Return

When sending back a product you first have to contact Fur Home to get a return dispatch note. It is your responsibility that the product arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the carpet is well packed. The return is not completed until we have received and examined the returned goods. When a return is completed the same card you used for the purchase will be credited.

If we receive products without the proper return dispatch note the goods will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Error on delivery

If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong product, a damaged product or the wrong number of products, please contact customer service immediately. The error has to be reported no later than two days after the goods have been received, reports received later will not be taken into consideration.

Transportation damages

Visible damage to the goods shall be reported directly to the courier when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported to the courier company as soon as they are discovered.
